How It Works

What can furniture packages do for me?

Our vision is to provide you with a one-stop shop that leaves you stress-free. Our aim is to do this while saving you time and money. We have an installation team that will unpack every last item, discard of any waste, wash the linens and dishes, and we even make the beds! We even warehouse all of your goods for no extra cost.

Time Frame?
We can put a beautiful Furniture Package together anywhere between 3 weeks and 4 months, depending on manufacturers lead-time or stock supply.

Step-by-Step

  1. Send us your suite number and development name.
  2. We will pull up your floorplan to plan the space with you.
  3. Tell us about your style. What are your needs? Is this your new home, vacation rental or a great investment?
  4. Browse our online catalogue or touch and feel everything in our store. Keep in mind that items in our website or store can come in over 75 different leathers, 300 fabrics and many upholstery choices.
  5. Whether you are out of province or standing in our showroom, Alexandra can work closely to finalize your customized wish list. For those computer savvy purchasers, she can send you an Excel spreadsheet template”
  6. Upon placing the order we require a 50% deposit. The balance is due when the goods arrive in our warehouse. If your suite is delayed, we will securely store the goods at no added cost.
  7. We arrange delivery of all of the furniture, mattresses, small appliances, on your move-in day. Two men will add pads to all furniture bottoms if necessary and place the large pieces accordingly.
  8. Final on-site presentation for photographs, and issuing an itemised receipt for taxation & insurance.
  9. The last step is to simply unpack your suite and open the Complementary bottle of wine from the ladies at Insideout.
